{"id":1059,"date":"2018-06-06T22:06:26","date_gmt":"2018-06-06T22:06:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/virginiasturkey.com.mx\/english\/?post_type=portfolio&#038;p=1059"},"modified":"2023-01-06T19:34:47","modified_gmt":"2023-01-06T19:34:47","slug":"guisado-de-pechuga-de-pavo","status":"publish","type":"portfolio","link":"https:\/\/virginiasturkey.com.mx\/english\/project\/guisado-de-pechuga-de-pavo\/","title":{"rendered":"Turkey Breast Stew"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingredients: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1 natural turkey breast<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">250 ml. of red wine<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">100 ml. orange juice<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00bd onion<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1 carrot<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2 garlic cloves<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">250 ml. of water<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">parsley<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">rosemary<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Sal<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Steps<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1) <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Cut the turkey into small pieces. Salt and pepper to taste.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2) Place all the meat in a pot and add the peeled garlic. We also add the onion, split peeled carrot and the oil.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3) Saut\u00e9 for 15 min. and then add hot water and wine. Stir well and let cook over low heat for 45 min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4) When the meat begins to be tender and the stew is almost ready, we pour the orange juice into the pot.
