1) Cut the turkey into small pieces. Salt and pepper to taste.
2) Place all the meat in a pot and add the peeled garlic. We also add the onion, split peeled carrot and the oil.
3) Sauté for 15 min. and then add hot water and wine. Stir well and let cook over low heat for 45 min.
4) When the meat begins to be tender and the stew is almost ready, we pour the orange juice into the pot. Let cook a few more minutes.
5) Finally, sprinkle parsley and place a sprig of rosemary before serving.
