1) In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Add chili seasoning packet and 2 cups of water. Let boil about 15 minutes.
2) Then add the onion, the ground tomato and finally the beans. Stir well and cook for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat.
3) Serve over white rice with avocado, grated cheese or green onions (optional).
